YOGA & EMBODIMENT

I teach yoga and embodiment practices that reconnect you to your body’s wisdom. My offerings blend Yin, nervous system regulation, lymphatic massage, fascia-informed movement, and ritual to support nervous system repair, emotional processing, and deep rest. This work is about coming home to yourself — slowly, gently, and with curiosity.

What I teach and why:

My approach centers slowness, sensation, and personal autonomy. Instead of trying to “fix” or override the body, we create conditions for safety, breath, warmth, and curiosity so that tension, emotion, and memory can naturally unwind.

My work is grounded in meditation, fascia science, somatic awareness, and the belief that movement can be medicine, ritual, and an anchor during transitions. Whether we’re working with grief, overwhelm, creativity, or burnout, I meet students where they are — with softness, depth, and a reverence for the stories our bodies hold.

Radical presence is not stillness but aliveness.

Take a deep breath and soften into your body.
