Yin + Soundbath

$35.00

Saturday 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Memorial & Gessner (exact address sent in confirmation)

An intimate, deeply restorative yin yoga and sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, soften the body, and settle the nervous system.

We will begin by gathering with a cup of organic, hand-blended tea to arrive and settle together.. From there, we’ll move into a slow, supported yin yoga practice, using long-held postures to invite release and ease. The session will conclude with a guided sound bath, allowing you to rest fully and integrate the practice through live sound from singing bowls and other gentle instruments.

Expect a spacious pace, minimal transitions, and plenty of time to rest, listen, and receive. The focus is not on stretching farther, but on sensing more clearly and allowing the body to unwind at its own rhythm.

The experience is accessible and trauma-informed, with options offered throughout. No prior yoga or sound bath experience is necessary.

What to bring:
• A yoga mat
• Blocks if you have them
• A blanket for warmth and support
• Comfortable layers

After practice:
Organic, hand-blended tea will be served as a closing ritual. An optional add-on tea is available to take the ritual home with you.

Space is limited to preserve a quiet, grounded, and personal atmosphere.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, a little quieter, and more at home in your body.
